**** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) Petitioner is seeking direction to the respondents to consider his case and decide the legal notice dated 21.11.2018 (P-5) and regularize the services of the petitioner from the date the service of juniors have been regularized. Petitioner was appointed as Part time Sweeper on 19.10.1993 and his services were regularized on 21.08.2014 whereas the department has regularized the employees of District Hisar upto 01.03.2003 in compliance with order of this Court dated 19.05.2017. In para 5 of the legal notice, the petitioner has given details of the employees who were junior to the petitioner and whose services have been regularized before the petitioner.

In view of the above factual position, this petition is disposed of by giving direction to the respondents to pass appropriate speaking order on the legal notice dated 21.11.2018 (P-5) within a period of four months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
