Admittedly, the petitioner has assailed the correctness of an identical order, passed by the respondents while appointing the Administrator, in Civil Writ Petition No. 3821 of 2021, which is stated to be pending for 27.04.2022.

Through this writ petition, the petitioner assails the correctness of a subsequent order passed by the respondents appointing the same Administrator vide order dated 27.12.2021.

Since the Court is already examining the aforesaid issues in the Civil Writ Petition No. 3821 of 2021, therefore, the present writ petition is disposed of with the liberty to the petitioner to file an application in order to incorporate the challenge to the subsequent order, in the previous writ petition.
