The learned counsel representing the petitioner has not come forward to attend the hearing.

The learned counsel representing the respondent submits that the revision petition is rendered infrucutous as the dispute in the present revision petition is with regard to the correctness of the assessment of the maintenance amount. He submits that during the pendency of the revision petition, the parties have dissolved their marriage by filing the petition under Section 13B of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, while also settling the dispute with regard to the permanent alimony.

Hence, the present revision petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous with liberty to the petitioner to file an application for its revival if the facts are otherwise.
