The present order would dispose of two appeals i.e. FAO-9692019 and FAO-2526-2019. FAO-969-2019 has been filed by the claimant for enhancement of compensation awarded on account of death of Sushil Kumar, his son. FAO No.969 of 2019 FAO No.2526 of 2019 (O&M) challenging the same award. It has been brought to the notice of this Court that during the pendency of the appeals, the mater has been amicably settled vide a detailed settlement agreement dated 22.12.2025, a copy of which has been handed over to the Court during the course of the arguments, which is taken on record as Mark 'A'. The said compromise has been effected before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court and as per the said compromise, an additional amount of ₹4,50,000/- is to be paid to appellantHarbans Lal. It has further been submitted that out of the said amount, an amount of ₹4 lakh has been paid by the owner and ₹50,000/- has been paid by the Insurance Company and the matter has been finally settled. It is jointly prayed that the present appeals be disposed of in terms of the compromise dated 22.12.2025.

In view of the same, the present appeals are disposed of and the order of the Tribunal is modified in terms of compromise dated 22.12.2025. 3.
Pending application, if any, stands disposed of. 4.
