(ORAL) Photocopy of order dated 20.05.2019 showing deposit of `10.00 lakh before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Tarn Taran, in compliance of order dated 14.03.2019, produced in Court today is taken on record. Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.150 dated 5.6.2018 registered under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468 IPC at Police Station City Tarn Taran, District Tarn Taran. On instructions from investigating officer, learned State counsel submits that petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for interrogation.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 14.03.2019 passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of accordingly.
