AMIT RAWAL J. (Oral) Petitioner is aggrieved of the impugned order dated 13.09.2016, (Annexure P-2), whereby, he has sought the refund of court fees paid before the Court below, whereas, this Court, vide order dated 21.03.2016 passed in RSA No.3569 of 2014 titled as Sube Singh vs. Subhash Chand (Annexure P-3), had ordered for refund of court fees of `48236/-. The order was specific yet the petitioner was anxious enough to move an application for refund of the court fees.

In my view, the impugned order is perfectly legal and justified, much less, in consonance with the order (Annexure P-3). No ground is made out for interference in the impugned order.
