(Oral) After arguing for some time, keeping in view the fact that this Court has already dismissed a revision petition bearing No. 6570 of 2014 on 25.09.2014 in which the order dated 22.09.2012 was also challenged which has not been appended in the present case, counsel does not press the present revision petition.

The present revision petition is accordingly dismissed. It is made clear that the petitioners do not have any liberty to file a fresh petition on the same cause of action.
