Dated Police Station Sections 25.01.2022 Chamkaur Sahib/Vigilance Bureau, District Rupnagar 379 IPC and Section 21(1) & 4(1) of Mines and Minerals (Regulation of Development) Act 1956 and Sections 32, 33, 21, 3-A of Forest Act (section 7, 13(1)(a) read with 13(2) of PC Act amended by PC Act 2018 read with Section 120B IPC added later on) 1.

The petitioner apprehending arrest in the FIR captioned above, had come up before this Court under Section 438 CrPC seeking anticipatory bail. 2.

Vide order dated 27.01.2023, Coordinate bench of this Court had granted interim bail to the petitioner. On 20.09.2023, this Court extended the interim order subject to complying with some conditions.

Petitioner's counsel submits that they voluntarily complied with the previous order dated 20.09.2023 and handed over the affidavit to the State. 4.

On instructions from DSP Vinod Kumar, counsel for the State has not disputed the contention made by counsel for the petitioner. 5.
