The present revision petition pertains to the year 2018. On 05.12.2024 the following order was passed :

'Pursuant to the order dated 17.10.2019, notice could not be issued to the legal representative of the respondent as process fee was not filed by learned counsel for the petitioner till date.

On the last two consecutive dates of hearing, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. In view thereof, let notice be issued to the petitioner, returnable 28.04.2025'.

As per the Office report, the petitioner stands duly served. However, none has put in appearance on his behalf despite service and despite the matter being called twice since morning. In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present revision petition for non-prosecution. 4.
