(ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the fact that respondent No. 6, namely, Dr. Sunil Kumar has been granted admission, the writ petition has been rendered infructuous to that extent. He submits that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the same with liberty to assail the objectionable clause(s) of the policy as and when cause of action arises leaving that question open to be considered in a subsequent petition. Prayer made is allowed.

The writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
