(ORAL) Present Civil Revision Petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for setting aside the order dated 12.07.2017; whereby the application filed by the petitioner/defendant No. 9 under Order 7 Rule 11 has been dismissed; and further to allow the application of the petitioner and to reject the plaint of the respondent/plaintiff.
At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous. Learned counsel for respondents No. 3, 4, 13 and 21 does not dispute the above said fact.
