Petitioner has filed this second petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail in case FIR No.309 dated 28.09.2018 under Sections 323, 325, 376, 511 (Section 302 IPC and Sections 4 and 6 of POCSO Act added later on), Police Station Shimlapuri, Ludhiana. Notice of motion.

Mr.H.S.Sullar, Deputy Advocate General, Punjab, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent-State and has sent custody certificate of the petitioner through E-mail, hardcopy whereof, has been taken on record. Learned State counsel has submitted that trial of the case is going on and out of 21 cited witnesses, 10 witnesses have already been examined. He has also given assurance to facilitate examination of the witnesses expeditiously.
