Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been preferred by the petitioner seeking directions to respondent(s) No.2 & 3 to investigate the case FIR No. 314 dated 16.07.2018, registered under Sections 148, 149, 323, 365 & 379-A IPC at Police Station City Tohana, Fatehabad. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that petitioner has got issued legal notice dated 03.12.2018 (Annexure P4) to respondent No.3Superintendent of Police, District Fatehabad, but the same remained unattended till now.

On asking of the Court, Mr. Neeraj Poswal, Assistant Advocate General, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of respondents No.1 to 3. A complete copy of paper-book be provided to him during the course of the day.
