(Proceedings through V.C.) AJAY TEWARI, J. (ORAL) By this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has sought the parole for four weeks. 2.

We find that no application seeking parole was moved by the petitioner before the Competent Authority.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner will now move an application before the Competent Authority but a direction be issued to decide the same in accordance with law expeditiously. 4.

We find it to be a fair request.

In the circumstances, the present Writ Petition stands disposed of with a direction that in case the petitioner moves an application for parole before the Competent Authority, the same be decided in accordance with law within a period of three weeks from the date of filing of the application.
