[1] Due to COVID-19 situation, the Court is convened through video conference.

[2] This petition was filed for issuance of directions to the official respondents for protection of life and liberty of the petitioners from the private respondents arrayed in the petition. [3] As per the pleadings, the petitioners had performed marriage against wishes of their parents and there was a threat perception.

[4] On 3rd February, 2022, following order was passed:- "

It is stated therein that petitioners have no threat perception. [6] In view of reply filed, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that no cause of action survives for pursuing the present petition.

[7] The petition is disposed of as infructuous.
