Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.62 dated 19.07.2021, under Sections 307, 324, 326, 323, 341, 506, 148 and 149 of IPC, registered at Police Station City-2, Abohar, District Fazilka. 2.
Vide order dated 30.01.2024, this Court while granting the concession of interim anticipatory bail directed the petitioner to join investigation.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Sukhmander Singh submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and his custodial interrogation is no longer required. 4.
In view of above, the petition is allowed. The order dated 30.01.2024 granting interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner, is made absolute. However, the petitioner shall join the investigation as and when called upon to do so by the Investigating Agency and shall abide by the Manju 2024.03.21 10:43 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
