**** Avneesh Jhingan, J.
The present revision petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for setting aside the order dated 22.05.2017 (Annexure P-2) passed by the learned Additional District Judge, Narnaul and order dated 04.08.2016 (Annexure P-1) passed by the learned Civil Judge (Jr. Division), Mahendergarh, whereby application under Order 39, Rule 1 & 2 in the suit for permanent injunction filed by the petitioners was dismissed.
Learned counsel for the petitioners after arguing the civil revision for sufficient time, ultimately argued that he is not pressing the present civil revision. But his only concerned is that the observations made by both the learned Courts below while dismissing the application under Order 39 Rule 1 and 2 should not effect the main suit. The civil revision is dismissed as not pressed. However, it is clarified that no such observation made by both the learned Courts below Anju 2017.10.03 11:35 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document High court chandigarh
