The revision petition is against the interim maintenance of ` 5000/- granted against the husband who is working in Italy. The contention is that he is a mere labourer and there is no proof offered by the wife about the financial resources of the husband. For a person, who is living away from India in a foreign country only to earn a living, payment of ` 5000/- to wife ought not to be taken as burden. 2.

The revision petition is dismissed.
