#& Learned counsel for the petitioner has invoked the jurisdiction of this Court under Section 438 for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No.0109, dated 19.09.2019, under Section 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B IPC, registered at Police Station City Rampura, District Bathinda. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition, at this stage. Prayer is accepted.
