Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the appeal of revision petitioner is pending before the Additional District Judge, Fazilka for tomorrow, wherein notice has been issued to the respondent. He seeks stay of warrants of possession issued by the executing Court as per the order passed by the Civil Judge (Senior Division), Jalalabad only till the application seeking condonation of delay is decided by the first Appellate Court.

In order to avoid delay and expenses, this revision petition is disposed of without notice to respondent. The execution of warrants of possession shall remain stayed, till the next date before the first Appellate Court i.e. 25.10.2016 or the date given by the first Appellate Court for decision of the application seeking condonation of delay in filing Sachin Mehta 2016.10.27 09:41 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document HIGH COURT, CHANDIGARH
