SUVIR SEHGAL J. (ORAL) Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail in case FIR No.14, dated 02.03.2013 registered under Sections 363, 366-A, 376, 120-B of IPC, 1860 and Section 4 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 and Sections 4, 5 and 6 of The Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956, at Police Station Phase 11, District SAS Nagar, Mohali.

After arguing for sometime and realizing that the Court is not inclined to agree with his submissions, counsel for the petitioner seeks and is granted permission to withdraw this petition. Dismissed as withdrawn.
