Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been preferred by the petitioner seeking directions to respondent-State to transfer the investigation of case FIR No. 12 dated 08.01.2019, registered under Sections 365 IPC (Section 302 IPC was added lateron) at Police Station Rai, District Sonipat to an independent agency.

By now, petitioner has not made any proper representation to the higher police authorities in this regard. As such, present petition under Section 482 is not maintainable and the same stands dismissed. Petitioner may approach this Court after making proper representation to the higher police authorities and if no action is taken thereon within a reasonable time.
