Notice was issued to the respondent on the last date to inquire as to whether he is ready to give time to revision petitioner to vacate the demised premises. Order dated 30.10.2014 is reproduced as follows:- "In compliance of order dated 09.10.2014 affidavit has been filed by the petitioner and taken on record.

Notice be issued to the respondent for 15.01.2015 to the extent to consider the plea of petitioner for grant of time to vacate the demised premises. The dispossession of the petitioner shall remain stayed till then.

CR-6866-2014 -2The petitioner will pay the entire outstanding rent up to 31.10.2014 within two weeks and keep on paying the rent of subsequent months on or before 7th day of each subsequent month."

Learned counsel for the revision petitioner submits that he has instruction to seek time up to 30.04.2015 to vacate the demised premises.

Mr. Gaurav Sethi, Advocate has put in appearance on behalf of respondent and submits that the respondent has no objection if the time upto 30.04.2015, as sought by the revision petitioner to vacate the demised premises, be allowed.

In view of submission made by learned counsel for the respondent, the petition is disposed of and the revision petitioner is allowed time upto 30.04.2015 to vacate and hand over the vacant possession of the demised premises to the respondent subject to the conditions as incorporated in the order dated 30.10.2014. The revision petitioner will also file affidavit before the executing Court that he will vacate and hand over the vacant possession of the demised premises to the respondent on or before 30.04.2015.
