RITU BAHRI J.(Oral) Plaintiff/Petitioner (for short 'petitioner') has filed the instant revision petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing order dated 20.08.2015 passed by Civil Judge, Jr. Divn. Jhajjar whereby the application moved by the petitioner for leading additional evidence, has been dismissed.

The petitioner has earlier filed the application for leading additional evidence, which was dismissed on 02.02.2015. The petitioner has not mentioned regarding any previous application and filed the present application. Further as per letter written by Tehsildar, Beri to SDM on 06.07.2015, the demarcation dated 26.06.2015 carried out by the Revenue official is not complete and for proper adjudication and for ensuring peace in the area, fresh demarcation was requested to be carried out does not need any weightage.

C.R. No. 7167 of 2015 -2In view of the above, it seems that the petitioner was only trying to delay the proceedings.

No ground is made out to interfere in order dated 20.08.2015 passed by Civil Judge, Jr. Divn. Jhajjar.

The revision petition is dismissed.
