(ORAL) Petitioner has sought a direction to the respondents to allot a plot under oustee category as per Policy No. 3283-3UD-74 dated 17.04.1974, Annexure P-2. At the outset, a query has been put to learned counsel as to why the present petition has been filed after delay of almost forty six years, no clear answer is forthcoming. According to him, a representation, Annexure P-10 was submitted on 04.12.2019. In our considered view, present petition is hopelessly time barred and suffers from serious delay and laches. We do not wish to interfere in writ jurisdiction. Dismissed.
