After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that out of total 15 prosecution witnesses, 14 have already been examined. Compromise deed dated 06.01.2021 (Annexure P-2) was executed inter se the parties, whereby, the father of the respondent agreed to make a payment of ₹7,00,000/-, out of which, ₹5,00,000/- was paid. However, later on respondent No.2 is alleged to have violated the said compromise. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to raise all the pleas before the trial Court at the time of final disposal of the case.

Dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty. 4.

However, nothing expressed hereinabove would be construed to be an expression of opinion on merits of the case. 5.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand disposed of.
