(ORAL) This is a petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for setting aside the impugned order dated 04.04.2020 passed by the Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Charkhi Dadri, whereby the Trial Court has appointed Tehsildar Charkhi Dadri as Local Commission and directed to submit report about the actual and physical possession of the parties to the Suit in Khasra no.116 and Khasra No.114/1/2. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioners, even after post lunch session. The same was the situation on the previous dates; as well. It was also recorded in the previous order that the case shall not be adjourned any further.

In view of the above, this Court does not find any ground to continue with the present petition and the same is dismissed.
