By way of present petition filed under Section 482 CrPC, prayer has been made for seeking quashing of FIR No. 151 dated 03.11.2021 registered under Sections 419 and 420 IPC at P.S. Maloya, Chandigarh based on compromise dated 10.01.2022. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner very fairly submits that the petitioner has not contacted him for past some time and thus he has no instructions regarding proceeding with the matter. 3.

In view of the aforesaid, the present petition is dismissed at this stage with liberty to the petitioner to approach this Court again with the similar prayer in case any fresh settlement is arrived at between the parties.
