Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that compromise has been effected between the parties and in view of the same, he does not want to pursue with the present petition and seeks permission to withdraw the same. Learned counsel has also placed on record the copy of the order dated 06.10.2022 passed by learned Lower court, whereby the execution petition filed by petitioner (respondent herein) had been dismissed as withdrawn.

In view of the submission so made, present petition is hereby dismissed as withdrawn, being compromised.
