(ORAL) In the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for issuance of directions to respondents No. 2 to 4, to take appropriate legal action against respondents No. 5 and 6 on the basis of allegations contained in representation dated 14.10.2018 (Annexure P-9), moved by the petitioner.
Learned counsel for the petitioner at the very outset contends that the purpose of the instant petition would be achieved, if, respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Police District Jagraon, District Ludhiana, is directed to look into representation Annexure P-9, moved by the petitioner and do the needful.
In view of the above, respondent No. 2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Police District Jagraon, District Ludhiana, is directed to look into the representation Annexure P-9 and, if necessary, do the needful, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
