The present revision petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for setting aside the impugned order dated 19.10.2023 and for grant of one opportunity to the petitioner to lead his evidence.

As per the E-Court Official Website of the District Courts, Ambala, the Tribunal has already granted the requisite opportunity to the petitioner to lead his evidence.

Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the aforesaid fact.
