However, in the interregnum, the final decree itself has been passed on 10.10.2016. In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present revision petition with liberty to avail his remedies as available in law. Permitted to do so. Dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
