Vide order dated 06.03.2024 notice was issued to the appellants. As per office report, appellant Nos.1 and 3 are stated to have died. Appellant No.2 was not found at the time of service. 2.

The present appeal pertains to the year 1986. None has put in appearance on behalf of the appellants or on behalf of legal representatives of appellant Nos.1 and 3 to pursue the present appeal. 3.

In view of the above, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. 4.

Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
