RITU BAHRI J.(Oral) Petitioner has filed the instant revision petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing order dated 01.09.2015 whereby the application of the respondent under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act was allowed and Rs.2500/- has been ordered as interim maintenance to her.

The order dated 01.09.2015 passed by the learned District Judge, Narnual does not require any interference by this Court as the Court below has rightly held the income of the petitioner at Rs.8000/- per month, as he was working as a driver in private company and thus the maintenance of Rs.2500/- has rightly been awarded to the respondent.
