Prayer made in the present petition is for setting aside the order dated 13.04.2010, Annexure P-1.

Learned counsel submits that the petitioner has in FIR No.148 dated 05.04.2010 lodged against him under Section 7 of the Essential Commodities Act, been since acquitted vide judgment dated 18.01.2018 and as per Rule 14 of the Haryana Public Distribution System (Licensing and Control) Order, 2009, requires reconsideration on an application to be made by such a person in Form A.

The aforesaid facts having been brought out, during the course of hearing, learned State counsel, on instructions, states that the respondents would not be averse to have a relook at the matter and decided afresh, taking note of the aforesaid submissions as also the aforesaid rule, within a period of 3 months, uninfluenced by the order dated 13.04.2010, Annexure P-1, which this Court has no reason to believe the authorities would not address in a just, fair and reasonable manner.
