The present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus directing the officials respondents to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner at the hands of private respondent No. 5. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in light of the statement made by the counsel for State of Haryana that the complaint filed by respondent No. 5 has been consigned to the record room, he does not wish to press the present petition and prays for withdrawal of the same at this stage.

In light of the above, the present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn, at this stage, without expressing any opinion on the merits of PARUL 2024.05.02 17:25 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document the case.
