The petitioner moved an application bearing CM No. 15562CWP of 2018 in CWP No. 10751 of 2015 which had already been disposed of vide order dated 30.11.2018. On this application, notice was issued and interim order was passed as follows:
Hence, we direct the non-applicant-respondent-State to restore the services and have the status quo ante in respect of the applicant-petitioner and allow him to continue on work as usual.
Vide order dated 11.01.2019, the application filed by the petitioner was dismissed meaning thereby that the order dated 30.11.2018, no more survives, consequently, this petition is not maintainable. COCP-397-2019 Ajay Chouhan, who has been impleaded as respondent in this case has nothing to do with the writ petition in CWP No. 10751 of 2015 as he is not a Government employee rather is an employee of HARTRON, which was not a party in the writ petition.
The petition is dismissed.
