The present revision petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India has been filed against the order dated 24.08.2018 passed by the Civil Judge (Jr. Division), Ludhiana whereby the application under Order 6 Rule 17 read with Section 151 CPC for amendment of the plaint has been dismissed.

During the interregnum, as per the e-Courts website, District Courts, Ludhiana, the main civil suit stands dismissed on 15.11.2023 and as such the present revision petition has been rendered infructuous. 3.
