(ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner, when confronted with clause 25 of the contract, submits that it would raise the dispute before the respondent-authorities in view of the action taken by them. Ms. Ridhi Bansal, learned counsel, appearing on behalf of the respondents, on advance copy, submits that in case the petitioner does so, the respondent-authorities shall look into the dispute raised by it and after following due procedure prescribed by law, decide the same and communicate the decision to it accordingly.

In view of the aforesaid submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the statement of learned counsel for the respondents, the writ petition stands disposed of.
