CORAM:HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE AMIT RAWAL -.- AMIT RAWAL J. (ORAL) The counsel for the petitioner-judgment debtor submits that in pursuance of the order passed by this Court, objection to the drawing of the schedule under Order 21 Rule 66 CPC was filed whereas the objections were taken particularly the one dealing with the property sought to be attached viz-a-viz the recovery of sum of `4,81,000/- and odd amount as principal amount along with interest, in essence, he submits that for recovery of the aforementioned amount, land measuring 33 kanals 11 marlas is sought to be attached.

Mr. Ranjit Saini, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner on obtaining instructions from his client submits that the entire liability along with interest as per the decree will be discharged in case time of six weeks is granted. I am of the view that the said offer would save the time of the Court, much less, costs to be incurred for the purpose of holding the auction and as well as the misc. expenses.

In order to show the bona fides, Mr. Ranjit Saini has offered to pay a sum of `4 lacs within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt PANKAJ KUMAR 2016.10.28 11:44 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document of copy of this order. In case `4 lacs is deposited within two weeks, the

C.R. No.7214 of 2016 (O&M) -2Executing Court shall adjourn the execution petition beyond the period of four weeks with liberty to the petitioner-judgment debtor to comply with the undertaking given in this Court for depositing the balance amount along with interest. In case, the entire amount along with interest is deposited, in essence, the decree is satisfied in full, there shall be no further cause for the decree holder to pursue with the same.

The revision petition is disposed of with the above observations.
