Learned counsel for the respondents-UOI submits that respondents have received the report of CFSL and report is supporting cause of the petitioner, thus, appointment letters would be issued in due course.

The matter is pending before this Court since January' 2023 and respondents have already received favourable report from CFSL. 3.

In the wake of statement of learned counsel for the respondents, the petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondents to issue appointment letter to the petitioner within two months from today.
