Learned counsel for U.T.Chandigarh on instructions from ASI Davinder Singh submits that the petitioner appeared before Investigating Officer on 28.08.2022 and made a statement that she had left her matrimonial home at her own choice and she has come back to her mother's home. There is no fault of his parents-in-law. He further submits that in view of statement of petitioner, no further investigation is warranted. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner and in view of statement of learned counsel for U.T.Chandigarh, it appears that the petitioner has lost her interest to pursue the matter. Dismissed for want of prosecution.
