(Oral) This Court on 19.11.2014 on the basis of withdrawal of Power of Attorney of Mr. S.D.Bansal, Advocate, passed the following order:- "Mr. S.D.Bansal, Advocate has brought to the notice of the Court that he was earlier representing the appellants and thereafter he had withdrawn his Power of Attorney. As per office report, notices issued to appellant no.1, 2, 3, 5, 10 and 13 have been received back with the report that they have expired.

Let fresh notice to the remaining appellants be issued for 18.12.2014."
