The petitioners, through the instant petition, are seeking setting aside of order dated 15.12.2022 whereby Additional Sessions Judge, Fast Track, Special Court, Hoshiarpur has allowed application of the prosecution seeking permission to collect second time blood samples of the petitioners.

Learned counsel for the petitioners fairly concedes that investigating officer after taking second set of blood samples has already received test report, thus, present petition has rendered infructuous.
