Learned counsel for the applicant-respondent submits that for the reasons set out in the application, the petition has been rendered infructuous and the same be disposed of as such. Accordingly, the main petition is taken on board. For the reasons set out in the application, and in terms of the statement made by learned counsel for the applicant-respondent, the same is allowed. Consequently, the petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.

However, in the event, any cause of action/interest/dispute still survives, the petitioner shall be at liberty to move a miscellaneous application in this petition itself for its restoration and appropriate orders.
