CRM-6259-2019 Application is allowed, as prayed for, subject to all just exceptions. News item dated 15.02.2019 is taken on record as Annexure A1. CRM-M-3566-2019 Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C for issuance of directions to the respondents to provide security to the petitioner and his family as one gunman is unable to provide security to him for 24 hours as he and his son got barely saved from a life threatening assault. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that for the redressal of his grievance, petitioner made an application/representation dated 11.12.2018 (Annexure P5) to respondents No.2 to 4, but the same remained unattended till now.
