(ORAL) Through this petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.1 dated 05.01.2020, registered under Sections 420 and 120-B IPC, at Police Station Anandpur Sahib, District Rupnagar. Vide order dated 20.04.2022 passed by this Court, the petitioner had been granted ad interim pre-arrest bail and directed to join the investigation.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the order aforesaid dated, the petitioner has joined the investigation. Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Raj Kumar, submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is now not required for any further investigation.

In view of the above, without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is allowed and the order dated 20.04.2022 AMAN JAIN 2022.09.02 17:07 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment
