(ORAL) Petition herein is under Article 226 of Constitution of India seeking, inter alia, issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing respondent No.4 to pass appropriate order and grant benefit of regularization to the petitioner along with other benefits and arrears as directed by Deputy Secretary, Directorate Secondary Education, Haryana vide order dated 16.02.2019.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner submitted a representation dated 22.10.2019 (Annexure P-6) but the same has not been adverted by respondent No.4 till date. Hence, the writ petition. 3.

Learned counsel relies on an order passed by a coordinate Bench of this Court in CWP No.2533 of 2018 decided on 05.02.2018 contained at Annexure P-7.

Ms. Mamta Talwar, DAG, Haryana on service of advance copy of the petition joins the proceedings and accepts notice on behalf of the respondent-State of Haryana.

Given the nature of order being passed, there is no necessity to seek return by any of the respondents as no further proceedings and/or pleadings are required.

Without commenting on the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the competent authority to look into the representation dated 22.10.2019 (Annexure P-6) and also by keeping in view the contentions stated in the present petition by treating the same as supplementary representation and decide the same, by passing a speaking order, in accordance with law.

Let the needful be done within a period of three months from today.
