The petitioner through instant petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking setting aside of communication dated 13.01.2025 whereby respondent has expressed its intention to constitute a Shrine Board to manage Prachin Sh. Shyam Mandir, Samalkha, District Panipat.

Learned Advocate General, Haryana submits that matter has been amicably settled. A Shrine board to manage affairs of aforesaid temple is going to be constituted. There would be one representative of the petitioner in the Shrine Board.

Learned counsel for petitioner as well as private respondents agree to the aforesaid arrangement.

In the wake of statement of both sides, the petition stands disposed of. The Court is sanguine that respondent would constitute shrine board at the earliest.
