On 09.10.2018, the following order was passed:- "Learned counsel for the petitioners contends that four different civil suits were filed by the plaintiffs challenging the title of the petitioners to be that of mortgagors. The suit for redemption filed by the petitioners is also pending. Though there is some omission in not filing the written statement in time, but since other defendants have not been served so far, therefore, the omission (if any) on the part of the petitioners can be condoned subject to payment of adequate costs. Notice of motion to respondents No.1 to 9 only at this stage for 22.11.2018.

The petitioners pray for an opportunity to file the written statement, which inadvertently could not be filed due to multiplicity of the suits pending against them.
